The map is divided into the following major sections:

Using the Map
To make use of the map:
- Start in the center.
- Find states closely related to Enlightenment that you have already experienced.
- Recall the activities that led to those states. (They represent your personal additions to the roadmap.)
- Look for practices that can help you experience those states more frequently.
- Look for paths that lead to other states you would like to experience, and look for paths that lead to those.
