Self Massage

A hand-held massage roller stick is the best way I've found to massage the quadriceps, hamstrings and calves in the legs. Available at Amazon. ($7.99)

To get your neck, shoulders, and hard-to-reach areas in your back, the Body Lever is fantastic. It's also great for tight hips. You can create exactly as much pressure as you need, with pinpoint accuracy, right where you need it.
